Your Camp has partnered with Jolly Quill Promotional Marketing to provide this camp store, but is not affiliated with Jolly Quill in any other way. We both want you to shop with confidence, confidence that if you’re not happy with your purchase, or if you simply need to exchange an item, you can do so easily. We’ve tried to make our policies flexible, you won’t find any inflexible limits on returns here. We also make the process of returning something as easy as possible.
You can start a return by sending us an email and including as much detail as you can such as your name, your telephone number, the product you purchased, the approximate date it was ordered, reason for return, etc. One of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to take care of you.

Our Return Policy
Returns made within 60 days of purchase If you return a product(s) within 60 days of making the purchase you will receive full credit for the cost of the product(s) you are returning. This credit can be issued to your original payment method or in-store credit.
Returns made between 61 and 120 days of purchase
If you are returning a product(s) between 61-120 days of making the purchase you will receive full credit for the cost of the product(s) you are returning. At this point, we will provide you with an in-store credit that you can redeem on any future purchases.
You can exchange an item(s) within 60 days of making the purchase. The fastest and easiest way to make an exchange is to return the original item and then place a new order for the new item. Please give us a call at 240-451-1418 with any questions.
What We Can’t Exchange
Items that are labeled, personalized, customized in any way, or anything worn or washed.
We run sales from time-to-time but you shouldn’t have to worry about making sure you’re not missing out. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures you don’t have to. If we run a sale for an item you previously purchased you have up to 14 days after purchase to notify us and receive a credit for the difference.
Who Pays for Shipping???
You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We can help by providing you with return shipping labels.
Where to Send Returns & Exchanges
If we provide you with return shipping labels the return address will be on the label. If you’re handling the return on your own please ship your return to:
